 Alyssa Gonzalez has been working with BAI since January of 2013 after graduating from the University of Miami with a bachelors of science in psychology. While working as an autism therapist for BAI, Alyssa desired to pursue a masters within the field. She received her masters of science in counseling with a concentration in advanced applied behavior analysis in 2015 from Nova Southeastern University. Alyssa is currently a board certified behavior analyst and clinical supervisor at the Kendall Center.

Amouya Ferguson, Billing and Collections Specialist

Prior to joining Behavior Analysis, Inc., Amouya accumulated over two years of experience in medical billing and coding, and over five years of customer service experience. She graduated with high honors from Broward College in December of 2017 with her A.S. in Health Information Technology. Amouya also attained her Business Specialist Technical Certificate from Broward College in December 2016. Also, as of June 2018, Amouya became a cosmetology student at Empire Beauty School.

Andrea Illobre, Human Resource Specialist

Andrea Illobre is a Human Resource Specialist at Behavior Analysis, Inc. She is providing Human Resource support as part of our team in our Davie administrative office. Andrea went to Florida International University, where she graduated with her B.S. in Psychology in 2015. She then continued to further her education at Nova Southeastern University. There, she graduated with an MBA in Human Resource Management in 2018. Andrea strives to apply the knowledge and experience she has gained to ensure Behavior Analysis, Inc. has a successful Human Resource Department.

Andres Gallego, M.S., BCBA

Andres Gallego started working with Florida Autism Treatment Center since 2012 right after he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Florida International University. As an autism therapist he was able to provide direct treatment to many clients and work with families in multiple locations including center, school, and home based settings. While working within the field he learned from his colleagues and enjoyed the wonderful work environment which propelled him to continue growing within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. A year later he acquired his certification and became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. As a BCaBA, Andres then became the head therapist trainer in the Kendall location where he was able to train new staff members who would later become new autism therapists.

In 2016 Andres earned his Master of Science degree in Psychology from Kaplan University and later acquired his certification and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. He is now currently a Clinical Supervisor at the Broward location of Florida Autism Treatment Center where he oversees verbal behavior, language acquisition and behavior reduction programs. Andres also consults internationally with clients overseas in South America where he is able to work with families through areas such as remote consultation.
