Prior to Joining Behavior Analysis Inc., Ms. Jessica Alvarez accumulated over three years of customer service experience and two years of administrative assistance. Jessica provides various kinds of administrative support to our clinical and administrative staff and is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Counseling with the hopes of growing within the company and helping youth within her community.

JoAnna Rojas, M.S.,BCBA
Clinical Supervisor

JoAnna Rojas is a Clinical Supervisor at the Florida Autism Treatment Center (Broward location). She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has her M.S. in psychology from Barry University. She completed her Behavior Analyst Professional Development Program from the Florida Institute of Technology. JoAnna began her career working in the field of Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2006. This is when she discovered her passion for helping children and families, as well as an enthusiasm for the science of ABA. She worked at a private ABA school for children with Autism and related disabilities from 2006 until early 2016. In February 2016 she joined the team at Behavior Analysis, Inc, where she provides and oversees direct verbal behavior programming and behavior reduction services for families in the center, school, community, and home based setting.

Kate Mock, M.S., BCBA
BAT Clinical Supervisor

Kate received her Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialty in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida State University. Her interest in behavior analysis began in 2014 when she began working in a private school for children and teens with developmental disabilities and autism. During Kate’s graduate studies she received experience in the clinical setting working with children on the autism spectrum from the ages of 3-12. She also worked part time in the public school setting as a behavioral consultant developing, training school staff to implement behavioral intervention programs, and ensuring treatment plan integrity in the elementary school setting. Kate is a member of the Florida Association of Behavior Analysis and the Association for Behavior Analysis International.

Krystine Cardenas, M.S., BCBA
Director of Autism Services

Ms. Krystine Cardenas is our our  Director of Autism Services. In this capacity she oversees all services provided to clients in our Florida Autism Treatment Centers in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Her primary responsibilities include providing direct behavior analysis services to clients, training and supervising clinical and paraprofessional staff, ensuring our valued customers are satisfied with the services we provide and generally keeping the centers running optimally. Krystine also provides behavior analysis services and consultations to families in South America and the Caribbean.

Krystine graduated from Sage Graduate Schools in Troy, New York with a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism. She has worked with a many children with autism and developmental disabilities in numerous capacities for several years. Krystine has experience in verbal behavior programming, skill acquisition, precision teaching, direct instruction and behavior reduction. She has successfully trained teachers and families to use behavior analytic principles to foster functional communication and other skills to help facilitate specific program goals. Krystine is also a member of the Florida Association of Behavior Analysis.
