Raquel Aidie, M.S.

      Raquel Aidie is a Clinical Supervisor at the Ft. Lauderdale location of our Florida Autism Treatment Centers. She provides direct verbal behavior, skill acquisition, and behavior reduction services to clients as well as parents.

     Raquel has worked with various populations including: children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, children with visual impairments, and adults with different mental health disorders. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Florida Atlantic University. She went on to pursue her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis at Nova Southeastern University. During her graduate studies, Raquel worked in the school-setting with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She gained experience implementing behavior reduction strategies in individual and group settings, skill acquisition programs, as well as conducting data analysis. She also gained experience providing training to parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder on what is Applied Behavior Analysis, how it works, and how to implement behavior reduction strategies in the home-setting.

Robin Hulsey

Ms. Robin Hulsey is, officially, our Client Services Coordinator who works closely with parents on all non-clinical issues. Unofficially, Robin is our "Operations Department" - she does it all and does it with a smile. She is the backbone of our administrative operations. Robin is the longest-standing member of our "BAI family" and has recently celebrated her 14-year anniversary with us! Robin is dedicated and committed to work and provides a supportive and friendly work environment for all. In addition to her myriad duties at Behavior Analysis, Inc., she is a parent of two wonderful children and volunteers for the Broward County Schools.

Sarah Pierce, M.S., BCBA – BAT Clinical Supervisor

Ms. Sarah Pierce is a Clinical Supervisor for our Parenting for Success Program in Southwest Florida. This program provides behavioral training and support to foster families. Sarah provides a high level of individualized behavioral support to assist foster and adoptive families as well as relative and non-relative caregivers in dealing with children who have a history of trauma and abuse.

Sarah received her Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida State University. Her interest in behavior analysis began during her undergraduate studies at Florida State University, where she worked with a young child on the autism spectrum who received in-home behavior support services. Sarah’s curiosity of the field grew when trained and asked to implement behavior interventions in the home of the child. During her graduate studies, she worked in the public school setting as a consultant developing and training school staff to implement behavioral intervention programs with primarily typically functioning children in the elementary school setting. She is a member of the Florida Association of Behavior Analysis and the Capital Association for Behavior Analysis.

Silvia Marussich, M.S.W.

Mrs. Silvia Marussich-Starin is the Operations Director for Behavior Analysis, Inc. She has more than 25 years clinical and administrative experience with a many populations and programs. Silvia has administered state-funded programs for persons with developmental and related disabilities, including residential, educational, vocational and supported employment programs. She has also worked in the treatment of populations not widely treated behaviorally including in-patient substance-abusing adolescents and adults, out-patient substance-abusing adolescents and adults, cocaine-exposed infants and children, DUI offenders, and children in foster care programs. Silvia was also a practicing Certified Behavior Analyst for many years. One of her major interests is in reducing the negative effects that an individual's problem behaviors create for the entire family and significant others.

Silvia’s current responsibilities include program development, grant writing, and contract management. Silvia oversees Behavior Analysis, Inc.’s and our sister, non-profit agency, Behavior Analysis and Therapy, Inc.’s administrative supports services, including the accounting and human resources departments.

Silvia’s past clinical experience in assisting others develop to their full potential has translated as an administrator into assisting our staff members to develop and perform to their full potential, maximizing Behavior Analysis, Inc.’s and Behavior Analysis and Therapy, Inc.’s commitment to the delivery of high quality services, excellent customer services, and fairness in every aspect of our practices.
