Annabelle Sordo, M.S., Clinical Supervisor

Ms. Annabelle Sordo is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Clinical Supervisor at the Florida Autism Treatment Center located in Miami. Her primary responsibilities include providing direct behavior analysis services, training and supervising paraprofessional staff, training and discussing individual progress data with caregivers as well as developing treatment plans based on VB-MAPP, AFLS and ABLLS-R.

Annabelle graduated from Sage Graduate Schools in Troy, New York with a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism. She has experience in verbal behavior programming, errorless learning, skill acquisition and direct instruction. With four years of experience under her belt, Annabelle has provided ABA services to children with developmental disabilities in therapy centers, homes and schools.

Annabelle’s main goal is to provide high quality behavioral intervention services to each individual and implement effective ABA strategies.

Celecia Lyew Kong, M.S., BCBA

 Mrs. Celecia Lyew Kong is the Program Director of Behavior Analysis and Therapy Inc. in Southwest Florida and oversees two programs. The Behavioral Education and Therapy Program utilizes behavioral training and support in order to prevent children from entering the foster care system. The Parenting for Success Program provides behavioral training and support to foster families dealing with children who have a history of trauma and abuse.

Celecia received her Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialty in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida State University. Her interest in behavior analysis began during her undergraduate studies at Florida State University, where she worked on an undergraduate honors thesis with Dr. Jon Bailey focused on decreasing the tantrum behavior of a 5 year old boy using progressive muscle relaxation. During her graduate studies, Celecia worked in a variety of schools in Leon County. Celecia has worked in alternative schools, secondary schools, and elementary schools as well as preschools, developing and training teachers on individualized behavior plans for children exhibiting problem behaviors in the classroom. While in graduate school Celecia developed skill acquisition programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and supervised other therapists on the teaching techniques for the skill acquisition programs.

Claudit Casanova


Ms. Claudit Casanova is our Billing Supervisor and works closely with our families and their insurance companies. She also provided clerical support to our administrative and clinical staff. Claudit has been with BAI for over five years and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Communications.

Diannon Mendez, Bookkeeper

Diannon is our second bookkeeper on board. She is currently providing support to our main bookkeeper in the Administration office in Davie. Prior to joining Behavior Analysis, Inc., she accumulated 4 years of general bookkeeping experience while working for a small IT company. She has two small children at home and enjoys spending her free time with them. When not in the office, she can be found at the baseball or soccer field with her kids, on the beach, or just relaxing at home. Her hobbies include cooking, reading, and fitness.
