Bio
Ms. Millan has a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Psychology from Florida International University.  She has worked with children for five years and was a substitute teacher at the elementary and high school levels. Subsequently, she became a 3rd grade teacher of math, science and social studies for two years. Eliana is pursuing her Master's degree in Behavior Analysis and preparing for the Board Certified Associate Behavior Analysis examination. She wants to specialize in Autism and Pervasive Developmental Disorders.  Her interests outside the workplace include, reading, spending time with her family and listening to music.  She has been with Behavior Analysis Inc. since December 2006.
