Stephen Starin, Ph.D., BCBA

 

 
Bio
Dr. Starin is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Behavior Analysis, Inc. He founded the company in 1994 to provide state-of-the-art behavior analysis services to individuals, families and public and private agencies. He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with more that 25 years experience working with persons who exhibit learning and/or behavioral disorders. Dr. Starin has been the statewide Director of Behavior Analysis for the State of Florida and is a Past President of the Florida Association for Behavior Analysis. He has published articles in the areas of developmental disabilities, behavioral pharmacology, the experimental analysis of behavior, and philosophical issues for consumers and practitioners of behavior analysis. He has served on the board of editors of, and is a referee for, several of the premier behavioral journals. Dr. Starin consults with a variety of public and private agencies and provides seminars and workshops throughout the United States. In addition to his consulting duties, he has taught behavior analysis at several Florida universities and the University of Nevada at Reno.
