Amanda Sile is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Clinical Supervisor at Behavior Analysis, Inc. She began her career at BAI in 2018 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing direct support to clients and families. Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida International University and her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Sage Colleges.
In her current role, Amanda supervises Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), provides caregiver training, and develops individualized, evidence-based programs tailored to each client’s needs. She has a growing personal interest in exploring interventions related to rigid and repetitive behaviors, an area she is passionate about continuing to develop professionally.
