Sarah Pierce, M.s., BcbaJournea received her Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Healthcare (with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis) at the University of South Florida in 2021. Prior to beginning her undergraduate studies, she obtained certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). In this role, she provided behavior-analytic services directly to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under the close supervision and training of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). In March of 2022, she obtained certification as a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). Her experience as an analyst includes conducting assessments of behavioral excesses and deficits, developing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming, providing clinical supervision and training, and implementing behavior change interventions. She is currently working towards completion of her Master’s degree in ABA and preparing to sit for the BCBA exam following graduation in summer of 2024.
